What is StudyWorld?
StudyWorld London showcases the whole UK education offer, from universities, ELT centres and colleges to publishers, examining boards, and student accommodation providers, to buyers from around the world. At StudyWorld partnerships are built, training is commissioned, deals are negotiated, and cross-sector partnerships are born.
We welcome everyone – from the smallest agencies to the largest educational tour operator – who is serious about doing business with educator providers UK.
StudyWorld takes place at the QEII Centre in the heart of Westminster, London.

What do our delegates think?
The English UK team offered wonderful hospitality and an impressive level of professionalism. The event itself provided us with an excellent opportunity to develop our agent network in priority markets and agree plans for 2015 with existing contacts.
Chris Broadhurst, Astrum Education, UK
I really enjoy it here. The staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help, and they’re everywhere. They’re giving directions, answering questions, they’re very helpful and it is brilliant. I am extremely happy… there is joy in my soul.
Valerian Marakov, Golden Bridge International Education, Georgia
The service provider
It’s been a really good opportunity to talk to agents and schools and show them what we do, and organisations as well. Until now our main clients have been universities so to come here and get in contact with English schools is great, exactly what we wanted to do. It’s been a great opportunity.
John O’Connor, FPP EDU Media, our Platinum Sponsor for 2014 and 2015
Almost 50 years of quality student recruitment
Our annual workshop meets for the first time: it’s called the English Language Schools Workshop and is organised by what is now Visit Britain.
Our workshop gets a new name (The International Languages and Education UK Fair), a new home (in Brighton) and new organisers (one of English UK’s predecessor organisations, called ARELS).
English UK is created by the merger of two language centre organisations, and takes over the organisation of the agent workshop.
We rename the workshop StudyWorld and move it to a new venue in London.
StudyWorld celebrates its 40th birthday and a long history of quality, education and creating student recruitment partnerships.
StudyWorld becomes the showcase of UK education for international buyers/partners and moves to the QEII Centre.
What we get from StudyWorld
Can I afford not to do StudyWorld…? Our regular participation at StudyWorld over 20+ years shows we can’t. StudyWorld always makes sense for us. Its location, reputation and set-up gives a school of our size the chance to meet and interact with key, long-term, prospective and potential partners all in one go. It means we can renew, cement, establish and seek out business relationships, as well as following up the peak summer business activities, and present our wares for the next year.
John Barnett, Cambridge Academy of English, UK
The best thing about StudyWorld is consolidating relationships, but two years ago we got a big teacher training group from Azerbaijan as a direct result. I’m a regular and very happy with the quality of the people I meet.
