StudyWorld is the international trade event for UK education. We connect study abroad agents and partners from around the world with the best British providers, including English language schools, boarding schools, colleges and pathways providers, exam boards, and student accommodation companies.
All institutions at StudyWorld are from the UK, and have a government-recognised accreditation. At StudyWorld partnerships are built, training is commissioned, deals are negotiated, and cross-sector partnerships are born.
The next edition of the event, which will take place online on 25-27 January 2022, is more important than ever: strong communication and partnerships will be key to sector recovery.
StudyWorld online will offer one-to-one meetings with quality agents and buyers through the Zoom integration on Marcom eSchedule PRO, as well as seminars and presentations.
What do our delegates think?
It’s such a brilliant way to contact new and existing partners, keep abreast of our situation and feel part of the industry all at the same time.
Andrew Bungay, Exeter Academy
Boarding schools are making great new contacts and it’s working really well. StudyWorld has lots of good contacts and it’s a great venue, which really showcases the UK.
Caroline Nixon, BAISIS, UK
StudyWorld taught me a very important lesson: to move forward in these unprecedented times. It was efficient and everyone I met during the event was very knowledgable yet friendly, so I became more confident knowing which schools we will be sending our students to for either face-to-face or online lessons. This was my first time attending StudyWorld and my whole experience was beyond my expectations. Thank you very much for your hard work. Our market for 2021 is bright!
Wataru Tage, Japan at UK Ltd, Japan
The service provider
As a new entrant to the market I found potential demand for our services from every meeting. The booking system was easy, contact background was excellent and virtually all appointments were taken.

Celebrating 50 years of building valuable business partnerships
Our annual workshop meets for the first time: it’s called the English Language Schools Workshop and is organised by what is now Visit Britain.
Our workshop gets a new name (The International Languages and Education UK Fair), a new home (in Brighton) and new organisers (one of English UK’s predecessor organisations, called ARELS).
English UK is created by the merger of two language centre organisations, and takes over the organisation of the agent workshop.
We rename the workshop StudyWorld and move it to a new venue in London.
StudyWorld celebrates its 40th birthday and a long history of quality, education and creating student recruitment partnerships.
StudyWorld becomes the showcase of UK education for international buyers/partners and moves to the QEII Centre.
StudyWorld celebrates 50 years of connecting quality agents and educators through meetings and networking
StudyWorld goes online. Two online events are held connecting partners around the globe through virtual meetings and seminars.
What we get from StudyWorld
It’s a great opportunity to meet up with people we’re already working with. There’s a real family feel about it. Sometimes you pick up opportunities from new agents who haven’t got in touch before and that’s why we’re here every year. It has quality schools and agents, that’s why everyone is here. There’s a community feeling to the event and it’s one of the best events to be attending.
Leon Zhang, KKCL English, UK
I’ve been really busy, back to back with a full programme of different schools from all parts of the UK. I am new to the agent world. English is my passion and I want to help Algerians get access to ELT in different parts of the UK. StudyWorld is a good start with everyone under one roof for two days. I have 34 confirmed meetings and others over coffee, lunch and receptions.
