Make The Most Of Your Days At StudyWorld Summer

Make the most of your days at StudyWorld summer

Get ready

Meeting scheduling for StudyWorld summer will start on Thursday 25 February 2021.

StudyWorld uses an easy-to-use meetings software known as Marcom eSchedule PRO. You will receive your login for Marcom eSchedule PRO up to two days before scheduling starts to give you time to check your profile is clear and up-to-date.

Use your company profile to help you introduce yourself and attract the contacts that are right for your business. Make sure your profile is complete so those looking for you can find you.

A good profile is critical as it allows agents to find the courses that you offer that are of interest to them, as well as supporting any meeting request message that you send.

Think first, schedule later

Before you start sending lots of meeting requests, think carefully about who you want to meet. Ask yourself: what are my company’s objectives and targets for 2021 and beyond? What do my clients want and need? What products or services do I want to highlight, or what am I looking for?

Also remember to think about time zones when accepting meetings. Agents will be encouraged to block the time slots they aren’t available, night hours and out-of-office hours. But in case they do not, when scheduling a meeting, consider the local time of the person you are meeting and select an appropriate time.

Filter your search and be selective

Use the advanced search button to narrow your search down to specialist providers or delegates from a specific region.

Read the profile properly before sending a meeting request. Is this really the best person for you to meet at StudyWorld? Do they match what you’re looking for?

Are you ready?

Once you start scheduling, keep an eye out on the availability of each delegate. There is a small square beside their name on the list view – if half of it is blue, half of their schedule is full, so you may need to get your meeting request to them quickly. If it is all blue, they are fully booked.

Long sessions at a screen can be exhausting so schedule regular breaks or share your schedule with a colleague to reduce screen-fatigue.

Meetings will run from 07:00 – 19:00 on Wednesday and Thursday, and each meeting is 20 minutes long. A countdown timer will display on screen.

With over 40 meeting slots to be had, we are sure you will have a busy and productive online event.

If you have not registered yet and have any questions or need help finding the right option for you, please contact the StudyWorld team.
