2017 and beyond: what you need to know about StudyWorld… accommodation

Bed and breakfast is part of the package, as before, for our overseas partners and buyers. UK education suppliers and service providers are free to make their own arrangements: we have negotiated a limited number of discounted rooms in four nearby hotels, bookable through a special link.

Overseas partners and buyers (including agents)

You’ll be staying in the modern Doubletree by Hilton Hotel London-Westminster, which is close to the QEII Centre, where StudyWorld’s appointments, seminars and networking take place.

We’ve booked most of the rooms in the hotel, so you’ll be able to relax with colleagues over breakfast and in the bar. The bedrooms all have full-height windows for great views over Westminster, and Apple iMac TV/computers to keep you in the loop. There’s also a fitness room.

The hotel is 12 minutes’ walk from the conference centre. Shuttle buses will be available at peak times, and StudyWorld staff will be available to help. The nearest Tube station to the hotel is Pimlico, one stop from the mainline London Victoria train station for guests travelling by train from Heathrow or Gatwick airports. Alternatively, it is a short cab ride from London Victoria Station.

We strongly encourage you to check in at the Doubletree with your luggage before arriving at the QEII Centre for registration: space on our shuttle buses for large items is likely to be limited.

UK education providers/suppliers and service providers

We’ve negotiated discounted rates on a limited number of rooms at four hotels close to the QEII Centre if you book using this link. This discount is available until the beginning of August, or until the rooms have been booked, whichever is earliest.

The hotels are St Ermin’s, the Royal Horse Guards, Park Plaza Westminster Bridge and Doubletree by Hilton London Victoria.

Have we answered your question?

During the next few weeks we’ll provide details about how StudyWorld 2017 will work, including accommodation, packages, the programme, delegate categories and more. We hope to cover all your questions, but if there’s something you really want to know, tweet us @studyworldfair or email and we’ll put the answer here to help everyone.
