StudyWorld sponsorship: a key part of Ardmore’s growth strategy

We are delighted to welcome back the Ardmore Group as StudyWorld’s bronze sponsor for 2019.

Martin Corr, managing director of Ardmore, had two reasons to return: he was very happy with how last year’s StudyWorld sponsorship went and, now that it has become part of the Cognita group, Ardmore has many more new products to promote.

“The reason for sponsoring StudyWorld is to continue and strengthen relationships with our partners, and attract new ones,” he said, adding: “We’re confident some of the changes we will be showcasing are a great opportunity for our agents because we will have many more products with both an international and domestic flavour. We’ve got a very exciting growth plan for the business over the next three to five years and we see StudyWorld as a key event in the calendar to support that growth.”

Martin said agents and students love the existing Ardmore offer, which combines an international mix, speaking English and the opportunity to integrate with native speakers, and there were more products planned for launch at StudyWorld in September.

He had recommended sponsoring StudyWorld again after spending time on the Ardmore stand last year and seeing its effect for himself. He said: “One of the main reasons for doing it was to pull all our products together and get people to understand all the different things we do – as well as launching new products on to the market.

“It was really good. We had excellent traction and some very good meetings with both new and existing partners. Our schedules were full and lots of other people were coming up to the stand who didn’t have meetings with us but wanted to talk. We also had a lot of people just walking past between meetings, stopping for a brochure and to find out more – that was very good.”

Both competitors and partners had noticed and commented on Ardmore’s StudyWorld sponsorship before the event, which had been exactly what he was looking for, said Martin. “Sponsorship definitely achieved exactly what we wanted.”
