StudyWorld is such a busy event that most people wish they had a colleague with them to make the most of the business opportunities on offer.
Instead of wishing for extra help, why not book it this year? It costs less than you’d think, and if you do it now, your extra representative can start scheduling their meetings as soon as Marcom eSchedule PRO goes live in early July. Potentially, that means doubling the amount of business you can do, without doubling the price you pay.
For agents, it costs just GBP 180 extra to bring a colleague, as long as you share a hotel room. Educators have a choice of options. You can either bring a colleague, who gets a separate Marcom eSchedule PRO account, enabling you to conduct twice as many meetings, or you can go for a Guest Pass.
With a Guest Pass, you get full access to the event without a separate Marcom account – which means you can take turns to conduct meetings or do them together, or simply spend time networking in the halls and our social events. The Guest Pass has become increasingly popular since we introduced it, being particularly useful for either training junior staff or for senior managers who want to meet contacts at StudyWorld without having to conduct appointments.
Both options are cost-effective. An extra representative with their own Marcom eSchedule PRO account will cost you just GBP 1,850, or GBP 200 less for English UK members. A Guest Pass is just GBP 1,320, or GBP 200 less for English UK members.
Remember, though, it’s a good idea to book your colleague as soon as possible, so that they can book appointments as soon as meetings scheduling starts – or to simply tell contacts that they’re planning to attend. If you wish to extend your booking to include a colleague, please email Louise on firstname.lastname@example.org.
