Every educator has different needs, which is why StudyWorld has a mix of flexible attendance packages to help everyone get great value for money. You can choose a traditional table or stand, or a meeting pass with or without a schedule, depending on the needs of your business.
‘See the world in a day’ for an affordable price
Charlotte Lincoln and Giorgia Gonzalez from the Castle School of English in Brighton persuaded their directors to attend StudyWorld 2019 with a table.
Charlotte said: “It’s affordable. We had to say to the directors ‘can we go?’, but it’s 100% worth it.”
She added: “It’s a great opportunity to meet new contacts and without lots of travelling. We’re a very small school and we can’t do everything. We’ve met amazing agents from Kazakhstan, Oman, Japan and China. This way you can see the world in a day.
“It’s an amazing opportunity to meet so many people from so many different areas – we wouldn’t be able to meet them or access this without this event.”
Stacey McGee, sales manager of LILA* in Liverpool, chose a table for her first time at StudyWorld. She enjoyed the networking opportunities, including the StudyWorld 50 birthday party. Stacey also found the seminars running alongside the meetings, although she was only able to go to the Lead 5050 panel because she had a busy schedule.
Stacey had successful meetings with a lot of new and existing partners at StudyWorld 2019. She said: “There are good agents and it’s good to have the focus on the UK – you know straight away they’re interested in sending here rather than the awkward situation where they want to send to America.
StudyWorld offers a range of affordable attendance options for educators and exhibitors, including a meeting table, exhibition stands, meeting schedules without a table or stand, and networking passes.
Stacey said: “There’s value for money with the number of appointments you get to have – it’s completely worthwhile for us and there’s the focus on networking to meet contacts as well. It’s a good package.”
Dynamic ways to attend StudyWorld
Ward Lincoln, director of the Oxford Intensive School of English, was really enthusiastic: “I love the possibilities of all of StudyWorld.”
Ward accompanied representatives from four of his different language centres on meetings passes for one day. He said: “We have chosen not to use tables because we like the dynamism of racing between meetings. Business is good – all four of them have full schedules and it’s a very strong environment. It’s allowed us to represent four schools for the price of two tables. It’s more value for money and if you want to break it down into real numbers, it’s more educational tour operator minutes per pound.”
All delegates can receive our early bird discount on any attendance option by booking before Friday 27 March 2020.
And, if you are an English UK member center or and English UK corporate member, we are pleased to offer you a member discount on all StudyWorld participation options.
