StudyWorld is the only event that focuses on showcasing the whole of the UK education sector to agents and partners from around the world. Supported by the GREAT Campaign, the event welcomes special delegations of buyers, industry leaders and influential people from both the UK and around the world.
Please contact, Siobhan Baccas, Project Manager, to discuss sponsorship opportunities.
With thanks to our StudyWorld winter sponsors:
We help young people to gain the skills, confidence and connections they are looking for to realise their potential and to participate in strong and inclusive communities. We support them to learn English, to get a high-quality education and to gain internationally recognised qualifications. Our work in arts and culture stimulates creative expression and exchange and nurtures creative enterprise.
Accreditation UK is a quality assurance scheme for UK providers of courses in English as a foreign language (EFL) which the British Council runs in partnership with English UK. The scheme gives an assurance of quality to international students who are taking or are planning to take an English language course in the UK.
We are excited to meet with agents and UK education providers at StudyWorld 2022.
With everything crossed for a fairly free-flowing return to face-to-face teaching in 2022, it’s time to polish up your marketing communications so that every touch point with your organisation leads as close to a sale as possible. Think chrome-plated sales funnels. Because regardless of whether the market and macro conditions in 2022 serve you a deluge of bookings or a dribble, you want every last one of them.
Disquiet Dog’s One Digital Team ® approach combines your own marketing resource with ours to create an enhanced, united and focussed team, so you can get more of the right stuff done, and pull more bookings through the system. It’s tried and tested, it’s empowering and uplifting, and it doesn’t cost the earth. Book an appointment to speak to us. It could be the one meeting slot that makes all the difference.
Centre of English Studies (CES) are delighted to again sponsor Studyworld winter 2022. We are honoured to be one of the gold sponsors.
CES is a family owned and run English language school with schools located across the UK, Ireland and Canada.
We have really enjoyed participating in all the online English UK conferences over the last 18 months and have found them incredibly important. It allows us to keep in contact with some many of our friends in the industry. And for that reason we must really thank English UK for all their help and assistance in organising these conferences.
We very much look forward to meeting you at the end of January to discuss the coming year. We are so confident that high numbers of students will again be travelling to the UK to learn English and visit some of the most famous tourist attractions in the world in 2022.
All English UK schools are looking forward to welcoming your students to the number One global English language location.
Let’s put the last few years behind us and get ready for a really successful 2022 and 2023.
Endsleigh Insurance is delighted to be sponsoring StudyWorld winter once again for 2022.
Endsleigh is proud to be regarded as English UK’s ‘preferred insurer’ for International student travel insurance for UK ELT education providers. We were formed in 1965 by the NUS and still recognised as the leading insurance provider for the student and education markets in the UK.
We understand the challenges that the ELT sector has faced over the past two years, including most recently the global spread of the Omicron variant. It is our key objective to help the member centres encourage International students to return to the UK for face-to-face teaching, with the knowledge that their health, wellbeing and financial risks will be protected against Covid-19 and all its variants.
Endsleigh is committed to supporting the sector in the roadmap to recovery and ensuring your international students can return to the UK to study with confidence.
Seminars will take place on Tuesday 25 January. Seminars can be accessed via delegates’ Marcom eSchedule PRO accounts.

Covid and the student journey
This brief talk will focus on what ELT centres are doing to keep your students Covid secure in and out of the classroom when they come to the UK, plus there will be a focus on the most relevant government regulations for travel and daily life. We will highlight the English with Confidence website as a recruitment tool for agents.
How do UK educators keep your young clients safe?
There are many ways that UK educators look after your younger clients (under 18-year-olds). The aim of this session is to give you an overview of the systems educators have to put into practice, and, as a result, you should have some answers to the questions that many parents will be asking when they want reassurance that their child will be looked after.
Keeping up to date with UK visa requirements
In this session you will find out more about the changes to the rules that apply to students coming to the UK to study, especially since the end of freedom of movement. You will also learn about the documents students are expected to submit with their application and why these documents are important.

13:10 – 13:30 Q&A with English UK and Richard Bradford
Marketing: What do we say to agents (when we’ve said it all already)?
Insights from English UK point to an agent community in stasis with the UK in a way that may not bear out with other English speaking countries. Richard Bradford seeks to determine:
- what agents think about the communications they’re receiving from the UK
- how agents rate the level of collaboration with UK partners at this time, and
- how willing agents will be to send us students when it’s possible to do so.
