Covid-19 (Coronavirus)

English UK has been continuously monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic on behalf of the UK ELT sector and we continue to be committed to supporting our membership community, agent network and stakeholders as best we can.

We continue to plan for training and events from September onwards to take place, this includes StudyWorld 2020 in September, as well as well as our Asia Pacific events in November. We are working closely with all our venues and event partners, all of whom have implemented additional policies to protect attendees and we continue to monitor the situation.

We will continue to assess and monitor guidance and will follow advice from our own government, Public Health England, and the World Health Organisation plus other authorities to inform and steer our decision making and planning going forward.

It is our hope that StudyWorld 2020 will form a critical part of the rebuilding phase in our international education community as we move beyond the worse of the impact of Covid-19.

We will continue to monitor the situation, and should local or national authorities require us to postpone the event we will contact all delegates immediately with further information and details of the new dates.

Our thoughts are with you, your colleagues, families and communities. We are part of a resilient industry and believe we can navigate these uncertain times as a community. Keep safe.
