One of the main challenges facing any company as it expands is being able to maintain the quality and standards across multiple locations. In this presentation Johnathan and Chris will explain how Centre of English Studies have been able to stay true to their initial values by investing in staff, identifying a company identity, and by implementing Continuing Personal Development programmes throughout the company.

After qualifying as an EFL teacher in 2009, Johnny spent several years teaching in Europe before joining CES shortly after they opened their Edinburgh school. Having worked as a sales executive, vice-principal and now principal, he is passionate about developing his team through CPD and knowledge sharing. Chris Farrell is the Head of Training and Development for the CES Group. He is the course coordinator of CES Direct Learning, which focuses on the creation and delivery of tutored online teaching and training courses. He chairs the English UK Teacher Development advisory group and is a guest lecturer at University College Dublin.
