Important information for StudyWorld London participants

We look forward to meeting you all at StudyWorld London. To help with your preparation we have put together some useful information for you. Please read it below and if you have any questions, please contact one of the team.

•    The Login page of the StudyWorld London website went live on Thursday 9 June 2011 acting as the gateway to the Marcom eSchedule PRO. Within the Marcom eSchedule PRO you will find the following:

-    Details of all participants in Excel
-    Details of all participants in PDF format
-    Important participant information
-    Hotel deliveries label (for all deliveries of marketing materials and exhibition equipment to the Hilton)
-    Appointment advice
-    Event Programme
-    Floor plans
-    Fam trip information (Agents only)
-    Furniture and AV order forms (Exhibitors only)

•    If you have any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, food allergies), please inform a member of the StudyWorld team at your earliest opportunity.

•    If you require an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa to enter the UK and attend StudyWorld London, please request this now.

•    Please ensure all information on your Company Profile is correct by Friday 5 August, as this is when the data will be exported for the StudyWorld Event Guide.
