Marcom eSchedule PRO goes live!

Marcom eSchedule PRO is a password-protected system and contains detailed information about all StudyWorld participants. All educators are provided with their own table (located in the Exhibition Halls) and this is where scheduled appointments with agents will take place. Service providers are located in exhibition stands and can hold appointments at their stand.

Participants will be able to select those individuals and organisations of interest using the advanced search function prior to sending a request for an appointment. There will be 35 appointment sessions available during trading days, with each lasting 20 minutes plus 5 minutes to travel to the next appointment.

By using the Marcom eSchedule PRO system, participants at StudyWorld London 2010 can:

•    Save time searching for delegates
•    Schedule meetings and keep total control over arrangements
•    Avoid unintentional double bookings
