We are delighted that you will be joining us in September at StudyWorld London. Please read the information below and if you have any questions about your participation, please contact the team.

- The 'Login' page of the StudyWorld London website went live on Thursday 10 June 2010  acting as the gateway to Marcom eSchedule PRO.  Within Marcom eSchedule PRO you will find the following:

Details of all participants in Excel
Details of all participants in PDF format
Important participant information in PDF format
Deliveries label (for all deliveries of marketing materials, exhibition equipment etc., to the Hilton London Metropole)
Appointment advice
Event Programme
Floor plans
Fam trip information (Agents only)

- If you have any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, food allergies), please inform a member of the StudyWorld team at your earliest opportunity.

- If you require an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa to enter the UK and attend StudyWorld London, please request this as soon as possible.

- Please ensure all information on your Company Profile is correct by Wednesday 4 August, as this is when the data will be exported for the StudyWorld Event Guide.
