Marcom eSchedule PRO going live

You can start scheduling appointments from next Tuesday 14 June.

Registered StudyWorld participants will receive their unique login details up to five days before the launch of scheduling. This will give them the opportunity to view their online profile before appointment scheduling begins.

Details of all participants will be available on the Marcom eSchedule PRO, providing all delegates with detailed information about everyone attending the event. It can also be used as an easy means of contacting all participants before the event.

By using the Marcom eSchedule PRO for StudyWorld London 2011, participants will:

• Save time scheduling meetings

• Keep full control over who you meet

• Have your online schedule available for bookings 24/7

• Access your eSchedule from anywhere in the world

Participants will have the ability to select individuals and organisations of interest using the advanced search function, then send a request for an appointment. Appointments will last 20 minutes, with five minutes in between appointments to allow time to move from one to the other. The Marcom eSchedule PRO must be used by all participants as the exclusive means for scheduling meetings so as to avoid unintentional double bookings.
