Fam trips
StudyWorld Fam trips allow agents to gain firsthand experience of the facilities offered by an education provider, as well as the region they are located. Organised by the educators themselves, the trips last three to five days and depart for a range of regions in the UK and other European destinations.
Are you eligible to participate?
Places on official StudyWorld Fam Trips are only available to agents who are registered to participate in StudyWorld London 2012.
When do the Fam trips take place?
All trips will depart from the Hilton London Metropole after the last business appointment on Wednesday 5 September.
How much do trips cost?
The price of a Fam trip will be available shortly. This price covers travel from the Hilton London Metropole to your destination and back, accommodation, meals and entertainment. Additional costs may apply for trips outside the UK.
Booking your place
Fam trips are extremely popular and places are limited, so we advise you to register your interest early. Here's how you book:
1. You should register to attend StudyWorld London 2012.
2. Then, complete the online Fam trip Application Form that requests a first and second choice of trip.
3. The organisers of your first-choice trip will consider your application. If you are not successful in gaining a place, your application will be passed onto the organisers of your second-choice trip.
4. The StudyWorld team will confirm if you have gained a place on a trip, and the organisers will send you confirmation and further details. If you are not offered a place with either of your choices, you may apply to participate on an alternative trip.
Please note the offer of a place on a trip is at the sole discretion of the trip's host.
