Appointments
As a StudyWorld participant, you will have the chance to schedule up to 35 one-to-one appointments during trading days. Each appointment lasts 20 minutes, plus five minutes to travel to the next appointment. We will provide you with a full list of participants two months before the event. You can then use your Marcom eSchedule PRO account to search for relevant delegates and arrange meetings with them.
Appointments take place at educators' tables or at exhibition stands located in the Exhibition Halls.

Marcom eSchedule PRO is the industry-leading one-to-one appointment scheduling system for business matching events. Hosted over the internet, it allows you to search for StudyWorld London 2011 participants and then book meetings prior to the event.
