UNITE is the UK's leading developer and manager of purpose-built student accommodation, home to circa 40,000 students in 129 properties across 24 university towns and cities. Since 1991, UNITE Group has pioneered and specialised in the expanding and economically resilient student accommodation sector.

Based on extensive customer research, UNITE offers a choice of properties and room types to suit our customers' needs. Our properties are well located, typically close to universities and/or the city centre and transport links. We offer a range of room types including ensuite rooms in shared flats for 2-9 people, studios and one bedroom flats. 43 week tenancies are available across the majority of cities, with a choice of 43 or 51 week tenancies in London and Reading. All of our room prices are inclusive of utility bills, contents insurance and in-room internet access.

Our dedicated Property Management Teams ensure the smooth running of each property in the portfolio, and are positioned to deliver the best levels of customer service, along with professional Maintenance Teams to respond to maintenance issues. The safety and security of our customers is taken very seriously, which is why all properties have CCTV and secure door entry systems as well as 24 hour security cover though Security Teams and Emergency Control Centre.

We provide customers with options for how to contact us to make things as simple and easy as possible. Our Industry leading website and online booking system enable customers to; find out about UNITE's properties, arrange a viewing, book a room, service their account and report maintenance issues. A dedicated Customer Contact Centre allows customers to speak to an advisor who will manage enquiries, take bookings and service their accounts.

UNITE currently work in partnership with over 30 universities and other institutions across
the UK to deliver the accommodation requirements of their students. Through these
partnerships, UNITE provides high quality accommodation in locations suited to the university campuses, as well as delivering regeneration to many towns and cities.

We also work with a number of international agents and partners to deliver the accommodation needs of international students coming to study in the UK. We have a dedicated International Team who manages these relationships which includes a resource to manage international customer enquiries and bookings, through which international customers can speak to one of our advisors in their own language to make the booking process as simple as possible.
