For agents: Agents receive an all-inclusive package including two nights' accommodation at the Hilton London Metropole, access to the seminar programme, and a personal online eSchedule PRO account for arranging appointments. Hospitality is also included: dinner on Monday, an evening reception on Tuesday, and lunch on the trading days. Travel costs and airport transfers are not included.
For service providers: As an exhibitor, you must book an exhibition stand. As part of this package, two representatives will receive entrance to the event, access to the seminar programme and personal online eSchedule PRO accounts for arranging appointments. Hospitality is included: dinner on Monday, an evening reception on Tuesday, and lunch on the trading days. Accommodation is not included but it can be arranged for an additional fee.
Q: Can I attend for just one day?
No. One-day registration or shared participation is not permitted.
Q: Can I book a place at the welcome dinner and/or evening reception for my partner?
No. Due to capacity restrictions, only registered participants may attend these events.
Q: Can I book a bedroom to share with my partner/friend?
Yes, although additional fees will apply. For further details, contact the StudyWorld team.
Q: As an education provider, can I participate in the event but not book a table?
No, you must book a table. We do however organise short tours (show-rounds) if you are interested in future events but cannot or do not want to attend StudyWorld in 2010. For further details, contact the StudyWorld team.
Q: What size is the educator's table?
All tables measure 120 x 76 cm (4’ x 2’6”).
Q: What is provided with the educator's table?
All tables come with four chairs, a large white linen tablecloth and a small coloured table cover in red or green. We also provide you with a table name plate displaying the name of your institution, your table number and your country/market.
Q: Can I book an exhibition stand?
Stands are available to service providers - organisations, businesses and individuals that offer auxiliary services. Exhibitors must however meet our selection criteria, and the number of available stands is extremely limited so allocation is on a first-come first-served basis.
Q: What is provided with an exhibition stand?
All stands come with a table and two chairs. The exhibition stands are shell-schemes with grey tweed-covered Velcro-compatible panels that provide the structure. We also provide you with a fascia board displaying your chosen display name and stand number.
Q: What promotional materials should I bring?
For educators: All promotional material must fit on your tabletop. Suitable items include tabletop brochure display racks, small promotional gifts, a branded tablecloth or flag, a business card holder, and a laptop computer for visual presentation. Materials that obstruct the view of other tables or block walkways are not permitted.
For agents: As you will not have a table or stand, you should not bring any brochure display racks, stands or other large display items. It is important to bring plenty of business cards though, as there will be lots of opportunities to meet educators in pre-arranged appointments and during social functions. If you have a brochure, please feel free to send copies to the venue in advance.
For service providers: All promotional material and free-standing exhibition stands (like pop-up stands and banner stands) must fit within the boundaries of your shell-scheme stand. Materials that obstruct the view of other stands/tables or block walkways are not permitted.
Q: Can I arrange to send promotional materials to the venue before the event?
Yes. The venue is happy to accept materials in advance from all participants. You will find address details in the Downloads section of the eSchedule PRO system, accessed through the StudyWorld website. This will be available to you once you have registered to attend.
