Appointments

Q: How do I access details of the participating agents and educators?

Details of participating agents and educators are only available to those who have registered. You will find a full list of participants in the password-protected login area of the site. This will be launched in June.

Q: Do I have to arrange my own appointments?

Yes. You are responsible for scheduling your own appointments, and all meetings should be arranged through the online Marcom eSchedule PRO appointment scheduling system.

You will receive a unique username and password for your Marcom eShedule PRO account in June.  The details of all participants will be stored on the system, so you can use the advanced search function to select relevant individuals and organisations and then send an appointment request. The system will automatically compile your appointments.

Q: How many appointments are there?

You can schedule up to 35 one-to-one appointments on the trading days. Each appointment lasts 20 minutes, with five minutes for agents to travel to their next appointment.
