The one-to-one appointment system, supported by the eSchedule PRO online centralised appointment scheduling system, facilitates the appointment bookings between participants prior to the event. eSchedule PRO is the industry-leading appointment scheduling system and offers everyone total control over whom they arrange to meet at the Fair.
All educators are provided with their own table (located in the Exhibition Halls) and this is where scheduled appointments with agents take place. Service providers are located in exhibition stands (booths) and can hold appointments at their stand.
